As CarLess Carbon matures, we expect to add a social net-working capability to our website. This will let you share ex-periences with the expanding carless community. Watch this space for more developments.

We will buy your car.  We’ll drive it directly to the scrap yard where they will crush it.  Now you have no car.  Rather than replacing it, we ask that you sign the CarLess Pledge below.  Here is a copy you can save and print. In exchange, we will give you extra cash for your car, plus an annual transit pass on Tri-Met. If you aren't ready to go completely carless, we will simply buy your car. As part of my effort to improve our world and my own good health, I will no longer own or operate a personal motor vehicle.  I may occasionally use a car-sharing service or rent vehicles.  Otherwise, I intend to walk, bicycle or use public transportation from now on.
