CarLess Carbon is a non-profit corporation based near Portland, Oregon USA.  We have one mission – to lower global carbon emissions by reducing the use of private automobiles.

Our goals:

• Eliminate 1,000,000 metric tons of carbon by 2013
• Crush 100,000 cars by 2013
• Help 200,000 people stop driving forever.

Our promise:

• We operate transparently.  When you buy an offset from us, you see exactly what is done with the money
• Our overhead is low.  100% of the money from your offset goes directly to scrapping cars and helping people live a car-less lifestyle
• We don’t drive cars ourselves.  We do all of CarLess Carbon’s business using public transit
